Within the first 2 days on the job our new K9 located; marijuana, Methamphetamine, paraphernalia. He also located a subject who had fled on foot. Our Malinois Duke turned on our handler inflecting serious wounds. Thought something seriously wrong with the animal. After two sessions with Jessie, learned that the handler was more the cause and the dog reacted to what was going on at the time. Three lessons, with Jessie, Tiffany and Ed my family was handling our malinois with much more assurance in themselves and trust in Duke. Duke rode 14 hours to Jessie's in a mussel and made the same trip home unrestrained. Thanks Jessie and Tiffany for your help. See you in a few months for additional handling lessons. The minute we called and spoke with Jessie about training our Dutch Shepherd, we were sold. We had our first training session with Jessie and Tiffany and loved their training style immediately. They are so knowledgeable, precise, and straight to the point, which we appreciate. We seldom do reviews like this, but we already feel so strongly for the dedication they have for us, our family and for our 5mo old puppy.

First, they focused on leash training. They showed us great techniques and gave us specific instructions as to how to continue the training at home. We were shocked when that evening we went to walk our wild, crazy, jumping, running puppy, to suddenly see she was now cautious, aware, focused and concerned about her actions. WOW!!!

At our training lesson, they introduced us to one of their highly trained Dutch Shepherds. We watched in awe as their commands were obeyed. We saw an amazing display of nose and bite work in their Dutch, which really gave us a glimpse as to where we could be with our pup, as her training continues.

I was not surprised at all when Jessie reached out to us today, to see how our girl was doing. He makes it very apparent that he cares for the progress that our puppy is making. We were so happy to tell him the dramatic improvements we had seen, in only one day! We are very excited for our relationship with Jessiffany and Country Kennels to continue for years to come!

Where do I begin? I received my dual purpose (patrol / detection) canine from Jessiffany Canine Services. I initially questioned as to why my department chose Jessiffany and why I was going to spend the following weeks in frigid Wisconsin. Well all of my questions were answered and the experience was something I will never forget. I later realized how fourtunate I was to be under the instruction of Jessie and Tiffany Smith. In my early 20's I spent some time as a dog trainer specializing in obedience and I have always had dogs in my home. I considered myself to be pretty educated in dog behavior. I quickly realized my knowledge of dogs was nothing compared to the combined knowledge and experience between my instructors. Hell the first day I found I had been grooming my dogs incorrectly my entire life. I went in with an open mind and was rewarded with a wealth of knowledge about my furry partner. We covered psychological aspects of our dogs that reminded me of courses I took in college. There is a saying in dog training that training a dog is easy training the owner is the hard part. This was true for me. Some aspects of the training were difficult for me. If I were my instructors I would want to pull my hair out. But instead I received encouragement and motivation to succeed. I would hear Jessie say "If your job was easy everyone would be doing it!". One sentence to get the wheels turning in my head and help me appreciate that it's not easy, but I am capable more than I gave myself credit for. The training was designed from the ground up not just for my line of work but to make me a better handler. Years of real world experience from the instructors became evident. From public interaction to bite work all scenarios were crafted to develop to challenge our thinking abilities and force us to stay safe and alive. When you see Jessie and Tiffany work with the dogs or with a handlers it is undeniable that they have an immense passion for what they do. I can honestly say that if I could do it over and pick any training facility I would change nothing. Because of Jessiffany I am a better handler and a better asset to my department. If you are debating whether you should obtain services through Jessiffany stop in or call them. You will not be disappointed. Remember you get what you pay for. However at Jessiffany Canine Services you simply get more. Thank you guys for everything!

You have such a sense of security when he's with you. We travel a lot in a truck & trailer and he's with us every step of the way. I can step away from the trailer or truck at anytime and KNOW my daughter is protected!!

Jessie and Tiffany gathered all the critical household information and requirements needed to provide the "right" canine for my family. The did not try to push me into a purchase of just any dog which quite honestly I would have done with limited knowledge. Jessie talked to me about the traits, breeds, and characteristics of the right dog for my family and he began his search. He did everything he said he would do and found, trained, and prepared our family protection dog for integration into my home. Jessie flew to my home in Florida with our new Dutch Shepherd and stayed with my family for three days. He demonstrated all of my Dutch shepherds capabilities and ensured each family member was absolutely comfortable with the verbal and nonverbal commands. Jessie then executed drills with all of us until both the dog and each of us were confident and trusting of each other. From that point on there has been an undeniable bond between our dog and the rest of the family. It was a perfect match and we owe both Jessie and Tiffany a debt of gratitude.
